    Positivity is a choice.

    Be somebody that everybody wants to be around. Have you ever been around someone that constantly complains about their current situation it does nothing to change it? Each day we wake up its a gift. If we fixate on all the things we have instead of all the things we want we will develop a deeper appreciation for what we have and how lucky we are. I have students from other countries and they always appreciate how we can free to pursue our dreams in the United States.We take for granted how fortunate we are to have the freedoms we do. Most people live their life in a habit.They think the same thoughts they, they perform the same actions, They live by the same emotions.

    But they secretly expect their lives to change. How you think and how you act and how you feel creates your personality. Your personality creates your personal reality, that’s it. If you think 60 - 70,000 thoughts in one day and 90%of those thoughts are the same thoughts as the day before. The same thoughts always lead to the same choices, the same choices always lead to the same behaviors. The same behaviors create the same experiences and the same experiences produce the same emotions. Those same emotions drive your very same thoughts. The hardest part about change is you have to change the way you think first, In order to create the life that you want. Being defined by a vision of the future instead of a memory of the past is not making the same choices you did the day before. The moment you do that you step into the unknown.... We view the unknown as a scary place. What you have to realize is the unknown is the perfect place to create from. When we get comfortable being uncomfortable, I think we begin to manifest the things we want in our lives.To manifest your dreams it only takes a few simple actions. IT REQUIRES A CLEAR INTENTION. An intention is a vision, a possibility. You have you ask yourself, what would it be like to win a tournament, win a state shoot, win a national shoot, win an international shoot? You have to write down the details, how would it feel to fire the winning shot? How would it feel to lift a trophy over your head in victory? How would it feel to display the American flag on the podium representing your country? By listing all those individual elements you are fortifying your dreams. The more you get clear on those details the more your brain begins to work in new ways. The moment you get inspired you feel what it’s like to live in that future. I want to execute and be defined by a vision of the future instead of the memories of the past. Can you believe in a future you can’t see or experience with your senses yet, but you’ve thought about enough times in your mind that your brain literally has changed to look like experience have all ready occurred. We can’t wait for something outside of you to change how you feel on the inside. When you feel better inside you need to pay attention to whoever, whatever, caused that. That’s cause and effect. We have to teach our body how to feel that excitement, satisfaction, pride, accomplishment before it has occurred. Our focus needs to be centered around all the things and opportunities we do have.
